We are a Brisbane Building and Construction Company with over 25 years’ experience in the industry. Specialising in full house re-builds, house lifts and quality renovations. We pride ourselves on providing our clients with excellence in building and workmanship, and work with the greatest respect for you and your home.
Our company is built on integrity. With the majority of our work coming from the recommendations of past clients, it is testament to the importance and value we put on each and every project.

OUR TEAM
BUILDER
Daniel Cobanov is a fully qualified licensed Builder, Carpenter and Glazier and is the director of Cobb and Co Projects with over 25 years of experience in the building industry. In 2004 Daniel established Cobb and Co and has been building and renovating homes across Brisbane and surrounds since.
EXPERIENCED CREW
Team Cobb and Co include our experienced skilled carpenters, hardworking apprentice, labourers, office manager and expert trusted subcontractors, all who have been working as a part of our team long term and all who have a great reputation for their friendly and respectful attitude.
Each of our team members work to our exceptional high standard, to see each project built to last and to delight our clients. We understand that your project is not just a work site, but your home and we ensure it is treated as such.
OUR PROCESS
We highly value our client and builder relationship; it is something that has helped build our company to where it is today. We understand and respect that this is your home! And as a specialised builder, we focus on quality, not quantity. We prefer to limit the number of projects we take on to ensure your home is given the time, attention and quality build it deserves, leaving you with a positive, enjoyable building experience and a home that you will be proud of for years to come.
PREBUILD
When considering building and for larger renovation projects, it is sometimes hard to know where to start, and going straight to an architect with your dreams and ideas too quickly, can prove to be a costly and disappointing exercise. We journey our clients through the whole build process, from concept and budget planning through to working with engineers, draftsmen, architects and Council on your behalf to get you ready to build.
QUOTING
We have built a strong reputation with our approach to providing clients with accurate, detailed quotes and build schedules, to ensure when you sign your contracts there are no unexpected surprises. This allows our clients to have peace of mind during the whole build process, that your project will be completed on time and on budget.
CONSTRUCTION
As QBCC Licenced builders, and members of QMBA and HIA, all our projects are built to and above industry standards. We use QMBA works contracts and clearly mark out each progress payment in stages as the build progresses. Once contracts are signed we don't just love you and leave you till work starts! We keep in close contact with clients to ensure everything is on track as start date approaches. During the whole build, we keep communication open so you know what is happening and can enjoy and see your project coming together.
